Provide and lay Builder’s standard Persona Range ceramic tiles to areas as nominated by the Builder. Note: Tiled areas to be Entry, Kitchen, Family Room and Halls plus remaining areas of the main living that the Builder elects not to place carpet. Areas under stairs and other voids will remain as plain concrete.

Provide Persona Carpet on silver underlay to all Bedrooms, W-I-Robe, Study, Lounge, Formal Dining, & Media/Theatre Room (all if applicable) as nominated by the Builder.

• NOTE: Builder to determine which rooms have carpet Owner to pay extra if adjustment required by Owner.
• Floor coverings allowance may be exchanged for ducted AC see bottom of page 2 for details.

20 mm Essa Stone Bench tops with arissed edge to Kitchen ONLY. Designer Promotion Range applies.

Upgrade to standard glass splash back in lieu of tiles 3 lineal metres x 600 mm high (no metallic finishes; 1 x power point).

Baumatic DW402XA Dishwasher inc Installation.

Upgrade Standard Cookware to Baumatic BAF90EG 900 mm cooker with Baumatic 2010470 Flat Glass Canopy Range hood.

Provide 4 x pot drawers (2 banks of 2 pot drawers) same colour as cabinetry.

Upgrade to Opulence Range Arto Basin selection (up to 3 basins) with chrome pop up wastes.

Upgrade shower screen to Persona semi-frameless with frameless door.

Upgrade to frameless mirrors to width of vanity 2 x 900 mm (+ 1 x 600 mm Powder room 2 storey).
