Customer Service & Admin Manager
Full-Time

This position is from file start through to council approval with construction supervisor support & post construction client support and will include (but are not limited to) such duties as:

  • Provide ongoing support to sales consultants to achieve client outcomes
  • Pre-contract file preparation & follow up
  • Post-contract/Pre-council co-ordination for covenant approval & energy efficiency assessments
  • Lodge plans for building approval with our private certifiers & plumbing approval with council
  • First point of contact to clients under construction
  • Construction file preparation
  • Post contract variation processing and compliance processes
  • Support to site supervisors to achieve client outcomes
  • Workflow follow up management to strict timelines
  • Handover co-ordination
  • Compliance certification management
  • Constant process follow up to strict timelines
  • Keep Clients up to date with their new homes work flow
  • Provide administrative support to team members
  • Post construction maintenance assistance

The ideal candidate for this position would be preferred to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with a Queensland based volume residential new home builder and understand the new home construction process The ability to work well with external consultants to achieve the required outcomes
  • Proven track record of excellence in customer service
  • Be methodical and organised in your approach to duties
  • Experience in CRM and/or Data Base Software packages
  • Experience with construction software systems beyond basic requirements

Administration Assistant/Receptionist – Residential Construction

  • Answering phones in a professional manner
  • Taking accurate details for phone messages
  • Support all staff during periods if high work load to achieve client outcomes
  • Construction file preparation
  • Compliance certification follow up as required or as directed
  • Constant follow up to maintain workflow to strict timelines
  • Client liaison as directed
  • Administrative support to team members
  • Post construction maintenance assistance

To be considered for this position you must be motivated to learn and achieve outcomes as needed and have the following attributes:

  • The ability to work well with internal & external stakeholders to achieve the required outcomes

  • Be adaptable to the Microsoft programs including Outlook

Administrative experience should ideally include reception duties and customer service focus, though any administrative or office role experience will be considered.

Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft programs is required for this position.

After Sales Service Co-ordinator – NEW HOMES
Full-Time

We are looking for an organised After Sales Service Co-Ordinator for our repairs and maintenance department and to assist in general admin duties as required. The position is ideally a full time role however, (for the right person) a permanent part time role could be negotiated at a minimum 5 days a week for 5 hours a day 9am to 2pm.

The person we are seeking ideally will have a background in property maintenance and be organised in task completion, be able to communicate effectively with our valued clients, external property agents & internal staff; and must be able maintain electronic records within our system on all dealings.

Basic data entry skills are required for maintaining electronic records within our system.

The day to day position consists mainly of the co-ordination and scheduling of repair and maintenance works with our clients, supervisors, suppliers and trades and the constant follow up of all for these works to completion.

The person we are seeking would ideally have at least 1 – 2 years experience in a similar role, if not, experience in “Property Management” could be an advantage. At a minimum, you must have excellent organisation skills, and must be able to think through problems and be customer focus.
