LLOYD PAYNE – General Manager Fresh Homes

Lloyd loves rugby, barbeques and spending time with his beautiful wife Kim and their gorgeous children at their Gold Coast property. What you didn’t know about Lloyd is that he has a keen mechanical mind and started his working career with the Queensland Railways in Townsville as an apprentice Fitter Mechanic. He later moved into property, first in sales and eventually managing a number of regional sales offices and building teams in Queensland. Lloyd completed a Building and Construction Certificate followed by a MBA with James Cook University.

He began Fresh Homes in 2006 in Loganholme, Brisbane and later opened up another office in North Queensland. Lloyd is very proud of his team of people, whom he has known personally as well as professionally for many years.

TANIA BOOKER – North QLD Design & Sales Consultant | TOWNSVILLE

Tania Booker is a true people person and loves designing but more importantly helping her clients realise their dreams of owning their own home.  She started her property journey 15 years ago building her first house in her hometown of Townsville with the help of Lloyd and Kim Payne.  Since then, Tania has travelled, living in Tasmania for several years before returning to her home in Townsville.  She began her working career as a hairdresser and learnt very quickly the importance of listening to people.  Later Tania moved into retail fashion; and proving that she can help anyone regardless of the industry, she changed course and worked in the mechanical and auto industry.

Tania has been part of our award-winning Townsville team for 10 years and is now one of our leading Design Consultants.  As a busy mum, Tania understands the importance of designing functional homes to suit people’s lifestyle and the value of quiet and private zones within the family home. DAVID AIRD – SEQ Design & Sales Consultant | BRISBANE NORTH

With 25 plus years of experience in property, David has helped hundreds of families and investors build and buy homes. He has owned two real estate agencies, and has worked extensively with land developers, building, and selling many properties. David loves acreage living, especially as it allows him to enjoy spending time with his beloved Quarter horses, while taking part in activities with the NCHA (Australian Cutting horse association) and the AQHA. 

David will be helping clients considering building their dream home or investment property in the Ellendale Estate and surrounding areas north of Brisbane. Ellendale is a popular master planned community backing on to South D’Aguilar National Park in Upper Kedron, just 12km from the Brisbane CBD.

CAREY SMITH – SEQ Design & Sales Consultant | GOLD COAST REGION

Carey is excited to be operating from her new Display Home at 4 Spinnaker Way, Hope Island. Carey has 24 years in the construction industry, having perviously worked in New Zealand and now Australia. LEE ROEBUCK – SEQ Design & Sales Consultant | SOUTHERN GOLD COAST, NORTHERN RIVERS NSW & BRISBANE

With over 20 years of experience, in the residential building industry, Lee knows what it takes to make home owners happy. He has built his own homes at Runaway Island and Casuarina Beach and helped over 1500 clients to realise their dream of building their own home from Northern NSW, Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast and out west as far as Oakey near Toowoomba.

Lee has also invested in property developments and built and sold six pairs of lowset Duplexes around the Coombabah area. Although he thoroughly enjoys the building industry, Lee has had a long love-affair with motorbikes dating back to his early youth. Forever the entrepreneur, Lee founded a motorcycle business and began racing motor cycles semi-professionally during the mid 70s and 80s. He achieved great success and was the former 125cc Australian GP champion and runner up in the 250cc Class.

DONNA CLARK – Accounts Manager

Donna is the engine at Fresh Homes, keeping everyone on track. She has a very colourful and interesting work history. Donna began working as a bookkeeper in the late 1990s with a land developer in Canberra before moving into the mining industry where she worked for an earthmoving company operating in satellite pits in NT, Qld and WA. Donna’s role had a strong focus on administration including human resources and safety. With the slump in the mining industry, Donna moved to Brisbane and was snapped up by Fresh Homes where she has been an integral part of the business for the past 10 years. As a proud grandmother, Donna enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and family.
