Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role located in Townsville, QLD. The Carpenter will work closely with the construction team building New Construction One-Level Homes. It is expected that you are focused on ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and maintaining safety standards on the construction site. The Carpenter will play a key role in ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- 6 Years Experience in the Construction Industry
- New Home Building experience desirable but not essential
- Experience with Framing and structural construction techniques
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and interpret blueprints and technical plans
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and compliance with building regulations
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Able to supply your own tools
Renumeration
Salary package, tool allowance, company vehicle and super based on experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in Townsville, QLD. This is a full-time on-site role that involves overseeing daily construction operations, ensuring projects are on schedule, monitoring compliance with safety standards, and conducting inspections to uphold quality and industry standards. The Construction Site Supervisor will lead teams, coordinate resources, and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of residential building projects.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and hands-on experience in Site Supervision to lead teams and manage on-site activities effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Expertise in conducting Inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications
- Thorough knowledge of Construction Safety standards and guidelines to maintain a safe worksite environment
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
- Experience in residential construction projects is highly desirable
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Construction Management, Building, or a related field
